This is just a personal and uncomplete translation of the german terms. Please read the german terms carefully. They apply to any contract between Freagle.org and any user of this site.
Freagle is a meeting point. Our Services is not to introduce persons to each other. We just offer the possibility to get information about user and their camspites. It is up to the user itself to contact others or even to arrange a stay. We are not involved in the actual contact between any user. Because of this we do not have any control over the conduct of users or the information a users publishes.
CourtAlternatively, any Claim may be adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hamburg, Germany.
All users agree that only German law allplies to any relations between Freagle and registered or unregistered users.
