First of all you should of course try to organize a campsite somewhere somehow. This might not be that difficult. Ask friends or family, neighbors or a nearby farmer. Just seek and you shall find!
You might even want to buy your own field. Property that can not be build is usually very cheap. Often it's not even 1 € per m². Of course you will need to find someone that is willing to sell such a small piece of land. Often even woods are private propery. So get moving! Find the owner and tell him about your plans!!
Of course you are allowed to offer a bit more than a place on your lawn. A lonely wanderer is always happy about a dry place to lay down on his camping mat, no matter if it's in your barn or in your living room :-)
You could become a free member of an existing Freagle TRIBE. This are unions of sponsored Freagle campsites that meet a minimum standard. TRIBES can offer a limited number of memberships depending on their size. Even clubs or scout organizations could be a TRIBE. So if their is a Freagle TRIBE you know, just ask them if they accept you as a member.
